Wine has been part of the estate’s story since the 13th century, when terraces flourished along the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana. Now, that story begins a new chapter.
Across our restored terraces, Malvasía grows once again, shaped by the sun, sea breeze and quiet rhythm of the mountains. Harvested by hand and carefully chilled, the grapes are gently pressed and slowly fermented at low temperatures to preserve their natural character.
The wine then rests on its fine lees, with a portion aged in French oak for six months to bring subtle depth and texture.
Bright and coastal in character, it reveals notes of citrus and stone fruit, a gentle salinity, and a soft, textured finish.
