A sculpting class was underway, led by a Teacher: Teacher Chor, that is.
The professor teacher received a letter about the class' planned model canceling their time in their class... and finished the letter by threatening their life.
Chor needed to find a new model, and that was quickly figured out when "Dolores" was trying to pass by the class. The "Devil's workshop", she was called.
Professor Teacher Chor got the witch into position and began sketching some artwork of her. She was still busy on her travels to Jericho Tower, but didn't entirely feel that way anymore due to how people have often not led her any closer to her goal...
The teacher continued their sketch of the witch, while also trying to explain how she may have to clear the fogs in her mind in order to see what her heart TRULY desired out of her quest...
Then... when Chor looked back up to check on the witch...
...what was instead seen... was a jester... Arla!
The class protested, because Arla just ruined the sketch. Arla wanted to make them think that she was a better model than "some stinky ol' witch", but she was booed away.
Apparently, Chor had has some encounters with Arla before. She's always been such a stuffy and pompous jester, and in such a way that made her - almost like Dolores, herself - seem completely detached from Esperanto's residents...
And yet, truth be told from the teacher, Arla was just someone that really craved some attention, but can never manage it.
Eventually, the witch and the jester went their separate ways once again. Dolores continued her quest whole Arla stomped out in a fit.

It's here that this world gets more aquatic, but mostly in an atheistic way.
There will be bodies of water that you can interact here. Swimming in it is almost like flying but you have to take better care of how you enter and exit it.
Some rooms in this level have you ride platforms off one side of the screen only to appear on the opposite side to continue on. Think the original Mario Bros. for this.
I been mostly thorough in this playthrough of looking for the rest of the Character Cards, though that sometimes leads me to falling to my death.
