Dolores was able to outrun all of Brenda Burn's workers, yes...
But then she had to finally contend against the boss, herself!
AND there's gonna be a whole audience watching the fight!

Sometimes, Brenda hops around while spreading shots. Other times, she leaps high into the air to bombard you with bigger projectiles like bouncy balls and rockets.
And then when he health gets low enough and she turns pink, her bombs have a 3-way explosion that you'll have to dodge.
This feels like it should be a tougher fight than previous bosses, but it also feels like I still cooked her pretty easily.

Feeling defeated by the witch, Brenda Burn decided to try and sic all of her workers on Dolores one last time, but this time through the word of her Commissioner Renaldo.
Before Renaldo could accost any witchy miscreants, however, he wanted to have a word with said miscreant, first...
Renaldo was actually amazed by "Ms. Witch". All of her Broomshreding and BroomBursting had inspired the man, but not moreso than the sheer freedom she gave herself of traveling through all of Toyland to begin with.
Renaldo initially felt jealous of this from her, that she lacked the bitterness that he believed himself to have...
But then he realized that the bitterness he had towards the witch was unfounded. Misguided. Unjustified. It was aimed at the wrong person...
He realized it was actually meant to be directed towards Brenda Burn, herself!
So then Renaldo rallied all of the Blocklanders to agree with him on this; that they all desired to be more free with their lives in Esperanto separate from how they first lived in the human world, and not with someone who only wanted to put them through miserable labor, just as they had gone through in their past lives.
Through Esperanto's power, this gave Renaldo and all of the Blocklanders a new lease on their lives. No longer bound to obey Brenda Burn's law and orders, many of them transformed into terrifying monsters to tear apart their ex-boss.
"Ms. Witch", as she was called, looked on at the demonstration in sheer horror, but still retained enough of her willpower to leave the area to the sounds and screams of violence.

Thus, the achievement for beating this boss is called "Discovery of Capital", representing Brenda's abusive order against innocent people in the name of building up her own self-centered law and society.
Y'know, for a cute and silly game that SomnaBuster is, this game knows well how to hit some heavy topics that some kids probably wouldn't understand until they got older.
