I’ve spent my adult life leading teams in corporate jobs. Conference rooms. Performance reviews. The whole nine yards.

Now my “job” includes spending a few days in our happy place with this crew, and honestly, who would have thought?

Building Playcation Travel means my team meetings sometimes happen in line for Peter Pan. My leadership offsites come with a Dole Whip. I get to do the thing I love, with people I genuinely enjoy being around, in the place that makes all of us a little giddy no matter how many times we’ve been.

I don’t take it for granted for one single second. Feeling incredibly blessed that this is my life now.
