What is really out there in the woods of southeast Oklahoma?
In this documentary, Something in Le Flore County, our team with the Native Oklahoma Bigfoot Research Organization travels to Wister Lake to investigate a series of strange reports coming from the area. From unexplained sounds to possible physical evidence, this weekend investigation led us deeper into the mystery than we expected.
We interviewed a local eyewitness who described hearing unknown vocalizations deep inside the WMA on the south side of Wister Lake—an experience that ultimately brought our team to this exact location.
During our investigation, we also:
Collected three separate hair samples in different areas of the WMA
Captured possible wood knocks on an overnight audio recorder
Explored remote terrain for structures, tracks, and additional signs of activity
While not every part of the investigation produced results, the evidence we did collect raises serious questions.
Are these sounds and findings connected?
And what is really moving through the forests of Le Flore County?
This is just the beginning of the investigation.
