Sometimes a quilt is more than just a quilt. 💙
My Grammy loved blue more than anything, and when I found a quilt pattern called Gertrude, it felt like she was telling me exactly what to do with the fabric I’d been saving in her honor. 🥹
The blue hugging the pink feels like a little piece of her wrapped around a little piece of me. 💙🩷 I can already tell this is going to be one of the most meaningful quilts I’ve ever made.
