Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden has been slapped with several misdemeanor tax charges, but whistleblowers allege that's not all he's guilty of, and that he's getting a sweetheart deal because of his father's position. IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler say that the investigation into Hunter Biden was stymied by the Justice Department at every turn. There is also controversy about how much power US Attorney of Delaware David Weiss had to bring charges against Hunter outside Delaware. Weiss told the Whistleblowers he didn't have that authority, but Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed he did.
