Just realizing I never rendered or uploaded my July MEP collection. I also still don't have a thumbnail design for this year askdjfh
July was an okay month. Like yeah, I got stressed so much that my eye was twitching and I wanted to scream, but other than that. XD
Like 4th of July happened and some family came over for it, I finally was able to start my physical therapy observation (I need 40-80 hours total), and I decided I'm definitely going to have bunion surgery on my right foot, which is happening later this month. We're also moving.
At the beginning of July, my mom and grandpa decided to look at houses. They found a house on the 4th, set up to go view it on the 5th (I was able to go to), and put in an offer that day. It was accepted, and closing is now at the end of the month and we'll be moving after that.
It's a really nice house honestly. It's on protected land because of a plant there, so it's a forest area with a bunch of trees. My grandpa will also be moving in with us, so we had to get his place ready and he already got an offer on it. He'll be taking the master bedroom, my mom will have the other bedroom on the first floor, and then my dad and I each get a room in the basement. My room will be slightly bigger than the one I have now (like 1x2 feet bigger). I have to consolidate furniture from like two rooms into one now though aksdjfh
Also our cats will be in the basement with my dad and I (at least three of our cats), my brother's cat who we took will be in my mom's room, Angel will be idk where because she has to be separate from the others, and my grandpa's two cats will probably have free reign of the upstairs. We'll see how all of it goes. We've at least already started on consolidating and getting rid of stuff, and fixing some things before the house can go on the market.
The main thing I don't like about moving is the moving itself, needing to get rid of stuff/pack/load/unload, and also the location is completely different. It's about half an hour from our house now, but that puts us like 45 minutes away from the theater and a bunch of restaurants, farther from the mall, farther from current doctors we have, farther from both of my brothers, and ect. It's not a hugeee difference in time, I'm just not a fan.
I've also had my physics class, which ends later this week. I am like full on bombing the exams and it makes me want to scream. The first one I got 87.5/130 and I was like, "okay, as long as I don't do better on the next exam I'll be happy." I was so confident in my answers too as I went... and I got an 87.7/130. 💀🙃
So I have two exams left in my last 6 days. We'll see how they go. I have an 85% in the class right now, bless the homework grades.
In other news, I've been able to spend some more time with my baby nephew, which is always fun! My brother, sister-in-law, nephew, and I went to a kid's museum and he really enjoyed it. My mom usually babysits on Wednesdays though and he comes over, so I miss basically all of that time with him.
I think that's basically it for July. I didn't have much time to edit, but more time than I've had so far this month. Right now my Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the absolute worst because I'm 11AM-close (9 or 10) on Tuesday, and then basically 7AM to 9-10 on Wednesdays. I have to do my PT shadowing from 7AM-3PM, grab a quick lunch, then go to work immediately. It's absolutely awful. I want to call out every time. Do not recommend. 💀
Ummm as for movies, my brother and I saw nothing in July. There are a bunch I want to see though. And with fanfics, I didn't get to read that much. I originally started the month in Spider-Man, read one Avatar fanfic, then I briefly flipped back to Stranger Things for a single re-read of a fanfic, and then suddenly went to BNHA and read like 34,500 words of that, and now I'm in Spider-Man brain rot again. WHoops. I read like 500,000 words total probably askdfjh
So yeah. We'll see how August goes. So far it's not great though.
