HOLY CRAP I WORKED HOURS ON THIS THING. Turned out pretty well, I think!
At first it was going to be only about the Joker, but it turned out to be about Harley too and I think it works best that way. :) It's both about their messed up relationship and the fact that they're both just plain messed up. XD
