Note: The puzzle comes out the box already solved. It's the same solution as the one I show later in the video, just rotated clockwise 180 degrees.

There are six rotational symmetries.
You can rotate the hexagon around its center by:

0° (the original)
60°
120°
180°
240°
300°

And there are six reflective symmetries.
There are 6 mirror lines that divide the hexagon symmetrically:
3 lines through opposite vertices
3 lines through midpoints of opposite sides
Each reflection gives a mirror-image version of the same pattern.

So there’s 1 fundamental arrangement, but 12 equivalent versions when you include all rotations and reflections.
