Moto G Power HotSpot Fixed By Deleting Devices On Google Voice. (November 07 2021)

(UPDATE 12/1/2021: I just found out I had Tasker or some phone spam filtering app, set up so that any phone calls that were not on my contact list would automatically go to voicemail. So check every single program and every setting, to see if you have anything similar to this.)

I know some people will appreciate me saying the solution the first 12 seconds of the video, and then elaborating afterwards for those wanting more info.
I made the entire video, show the problem + solution, so that you could even just see the thumbnail of the video and not need to watch it, to solve your problem.

I forgot about some things to say in the video, so here is a more complete list.

To be clear, the conflict with devices on Google Voice, was preventing me from getting phone calls most of the time. This lead me to believe that Hot Spot Tech Support was not calling me, even though they were trying. This was a serious problem when I was waiting on a very important phone call from a business that called many times and never once did my phone ring or report any phone call attempts!

What I tried that DID NOT work: (DIDN'T FIX)
· Tracfone customer service (forwarded to hotspot support).
· Motorolla customer service (told me provisioning has to be set by Tracfone).
· Fox-Fi, Tether It and other 3rd party apps.
· Checking for updates.
· Searching online forums.
· Messing with every setting on my phone I could think of.
· Enabled Developer Mode, Enabled USB Debugging, connected to computer,
"adb shell"
tried changing "null" to "0" on these 2 settings,
when it didn't work, i set them back to "null"
settings put global tether_dun_required 0
settings put system tether_entitlement_check_state 0
WARNING! BEFORE you do this, change "put" to "get" on both of these. This will GET the current value. It is important to change it back to default if this doesn't work. Mine said "null", so i changed it back to null. Other peoples phones may report "0" or "1" or something else. GET that value first!
· Of course I tried rebooting, powering off multiple times for multiple lengths of time.

What Sort Of Worked:
· I switched my SIM Card from my Moto G Power to my MOTO G 6 and the hotspot worked without any popup screen saying "checking subscription status". However, I do not consider that a solution, because using an older phone isn't good. It DID let me know that, the issue was not the SIM Card, which also meant that it was set correctly on my service providers end. It also means, that if I was to get a replacement SIM Card, it wouldn't solve the problem (as others have tried and reported on Forums).

I made this video, because I have not seen this solution ANYWHERE on the internet. Even if this solution is out there, since I didn't find it, I am sure many other people didn't find the solution either. Hopefully this video will pop-up as a suggestion to solve the problem and hopefully this video or the details in this video description, will help others resolve their problem, without wasting time like I did.

What you SHOULD NOT try:
· Factory Reset (this is a very very very last resort and it is very unlikely to fix this issue).
· USB Debugging ADB commands are risky. If you do it, you MAY brick your phone (making it not able to turn on any more no matter what you do). Do that at your own risk. I was willing to risk bricking my phone, because I felt like as long as I typed everything perfect, I believed I was safe.

I will try to append this description if I remember more fixes or other people report other solutions.
