In this video, we're looking at Docker not starting on Windows 11. You will usually see "Docker Desktop starting..." on the screen, but nothing changes. The solution I found was posted by Yavuz YoldaÅŸ on Stackoverflow and the link is below.

Locate vmcompute "C:\WINDOWS\System32\vmcompute.exe"
Run Powershell as Admin and run the below commands (remove quotes)
"net start vmcompute"
"wsl --set-default-version 2"
