This video shows hot to solve a maze using a receipt. All you need to recreate this experiment is a 9V battery, a receipt (thermo print) and conductive paint. After you have drawn a labyrinth on the receipt with the conductive paint, you have to connect the beginning and the exit of the labyrinth with the plus and minus pole of the 9v battery. The heat generated by the current that flows through the conductor tracks warms up the receipt and changes color at this point. Since the current seeks the shortest path, this is the solution path of the labyrinth. This is (apart from the short preparation time) the absolutely fastest way to solve any labyrinth. The complexity of the labyrinth has no influence on the duration of the solution. This method is therefore faster than any computer algorithm that was developed to solve labyrinths.
