Went to the field, forgot RC transmitter Tx. Went home and got Tx. Went to field late but still determined to fly and in a hurry because the sun was setting. Connected battery and put on wing securely. Forgot to hook up the aileron servo to the radio receiver. Hurried through the take off check. Self explanatory result above. Not a great day. Went home again and got the Hobbyzone Super Cub LP. Went back to field again. Forgot batteries!! I did not put them back in the rc flying bag after I last charged them. Really bad day. Nuff said. End of story???
I got complacent because I had so many successful flights on the easy to fly Solo Sport Trainer. Oh well. Live and learn. This is the first airplane that I have beaten up beyond repair, if memory serves. Fuselage destroyed but the rest is ok - even the prop! www(dot)SJRCF(dot)com St. John's Radio Control Flyers
