Oh boy, what a challenge. This was a very intimidating challenge when going on but it honestly was not that hard at all. This challenge was so boring for me. There were a few times when I would load the instance and just not play for hours because it would drive me to sleep. In total, this challenge took me 4 days and about 15 - 20 hours total. On the last day of attempts, I made the final stand 5 times in a row and the clear was on the 5th final stand attempt. Before clearing I had around 15 or 16 final stand wipes. Before this attempt, I had 3 wipes that were 12.4 mil damage literally a few shots off of killing, and 5 more 12 mils besides that. The biggest issue for me was keeping special ammo and not throwing damage on 3rd phase. My consistency at the end of this challenge was kind of crazy, almost every single run was 3rd phase with good damage.
Strat is no different than anyone else's runs the only things I did to optimize my runs were killing 2 adds with Erianas vow after hitting the last seed, and making sure that I would complete 3 seeds before going over to the other side when doing the mechanics part of the encounter.
For damage, the only tip I can give Is to make sure that you are throwing more nades, at first I was just dumping rockets and spam reloading and I had really bad damage. As soon as started to abuse demo more I started to get more and more damage. Also do not try to spam your rockets make sure that every single rocket hits, you have plenty of time to get them out before the damage is over and if you notice you are lacking on time then you can start reloading your rocket more often. I always base the damage time on my Well timer because they are very similar in length so I know when my well is ending damage is about to end.
Im not sure what I'm going to do moving forward in terms of content, Destiny 2 is in an interesting state right now, to say the least, and I am not enjoying anything in the game at all. Everything I do is super boring and unfun. Maybe I will attempt Solo Flawless RON, or maybe I will just quit the game entirely. Honestly not sure right now.
