Solo completion of Grandmaster Nightfall Lake of Shadows with Osteo Striga and Swarmers on Strand Warlock - Solo GM - Solo Nightfall - Gilded Conqueror - Osteo Striga - Swarmers - Platinum Rank - Strand Warlock - Season of the Wish - Destiny 2 Lightfall.
A couple of days ago I remembered that I have not used Osteo Striga in what feels like forever, so for the second clear of the week I am using it on Strand Warlock. Exotic Armor of choice this time around is The Swarmers, it makes Threadlings apply Unraveling effect, which in turn generates even more Threadlings with Horde Shuttle Artifact perk. To have an additional source of a Strand debuff I have Thread of Isolation fragment, which consistently Severs targets with precision hits. Lastly, Melee Ability also Unravels anything it hits. All in all, it's a pretty fun and powerful build. It's not the best against the Meatball though, but that's just the way it is.
As for the other weapons, I have a Solar Bow (Pre Astyanax IV) to stun Unstoppable Champions and to get Radiant from Flint Striker Artifact perk. I am relying solely on Radiant effect to break Barrier Champions shields. Lastly, I have a Solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to burst down bigger targets and generate some ammo out of thin air (Fourth Time the Charm perk).
I used the boss cheese spot to make the run quicker. Also, I skipped the Tormentor section using grapple. You can find a no cheese Strand Titan clear from 3 seasons ago using the link below.
