I'm 1580 and damage goes up until 1590. 1 more artifact level would have saved 20 seconds on Boss. Pain. Also "seeking wells" sucks.
Sub 16 is possible but needs perfect rng and execution if better strats aren't found.
Build at the end as always.
Sorry if the video quality is slightly lower but I forgot to record, it's only really noticeable on the webcam though.
