Illumina and me were both livestreaming on twitch yesterday and we both got the world record at virtually the same time. First i had a run with 24:52 and like 5 seconds after i finished my run, Illumina had a run with 24:46. Thats probably the most scripted thing ever :D
And now some words to my run. The horse strat carried me a lot in this run, even doe i messed up in the end with the 2 towers. Also the dragon rng wasnt the best, but i cant even complain about this run because it was amazing either way.

In this video I did an all music discs speedrun in Minecraft 1.21.7. This is an unofficial category, but definitely a very fun one! The general idea of playing out a run was getting a desert spawn and also a decent amount of gunpowder from pyramids, which you need for rockets later on. Then you need to find a couple of structures during the speedrun, such as a trial chamber, ancient city and trail ruins. Additionally you can get certain music discs from a couple of different structures aswell. For example music discs 13 and cat can be obtained from not only the ancient city, but also from dungeons (like in this run), woodland mansions and even from creepers. Then there are also 10 unique discs, which are only obtainable by creepers getting killed by skeletons and arguably the hardest one to get from a chicken jockey, because of the low spawnrate.
This run specifically had some moments that were a bit unfortunate, but overall the RNG was really solid and Im definitely happy with the overall time, because my goal was also to get this speedrun done in under 3 hours!

In todays video I got a new World Record Speedrun for getting a full netherite armor in just over 22 minutes. All of this happened on a random seed in the minecraft version 1.16.1. This run was pretty lucky, but if you really want an unbeatable World Record for this category, you should probably play any version higher than 1.16.5. The reason for that is, that you can get insane loot from treasure bastions, but it also means that you have to reset a lot of seeds, so less fun for playing it out.

In todays video I got a new World Record Speedrun for getting a full diamond armor in minecraft. This is an unofficial category that I just randomly decide to play whenever I find an iron pickaxe or enough iron to craft one. Then I just hope to find a crazy cave that gives me enough diamonds. I definitely got super lucky by finding all of these diamonds, but also this category can be pushed to under 2 minutes on optimal seed rng.
