Powering the grinder required that I rock the inverter on/off switch a few times to bring the grinding disks up to speed. The CFL bulbs were a little tricky to get started. I had to add them one by one as trying to start them all at once would not work. The LED bulbs had no such troubles.
Family Pimento “Cheese" Sauce Recipe
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup cashews (raw)
4 oz. jar pimentos (1 or 2 red peppers)
2 Tbsp. sesame or sunflower seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
Blend thoroughly until cashews are smooth.
Add slowly:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Enjoy on pasta, bread, pizza and other appropriate stuff.
