Education International President Mugwena Maluleke addressed thousands of educators gathered for the NEA Representative Assembly (RA) in Denver, Colorado.
Maluleke brought a message of unwavering solidarity from the global education union movement. The South African education leader was joined by international guests from Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Antigua, Barbuda, Argentina, and Egypt.
The NEA RA consists of roughly 7,000 delegates representing state and local affiliates. It is the primary legislative and policymaking body of the NEA.
