Soldier piles and lagging are used to create earth retention systems. H-shaped steel beams (piles) are drilled into place. Wooden, steel or precast concrete panels are placed between the piles to create temporary or permanent earth retention solutions. Michels integrates in-house design engineers, managers and experienced field personnel to complete earth retention projects throughout the United States.
