In this video, Soldier 2000, released in 1989 for the Atari ST by Artronic Products Ltd.
You're in the army, ready to fight any time, any place and any war. Trained to use sophisticated weapons of awesome firepower, your mission is an anti terrorist one with hostage rescue. You have the best high tech weapons and armor, all you have to do is plan your strategy and begin the mission.
Strange and beautiful, Soldier 2000 sports multi level parallax scrolling, first person 3D shooting and arcade 2D action, good sprites animations, brilliant graphics and digitized sound fx. The playing area is a bit small but thanks to that, the game features up to 34 colours on-screen simultaneously. Soldier 2000 is very playable and enjoyable with a balanced difficulty.
Here you'll find loading screens and gameplay.
All footage taken from original hardware machines and upscaled to 1080P.
Let me know what do you think about the video in the comments below but, most important, Enjoy!!!
