Chuck shows beginners how to solder using the 5 count method in this Electrical #Shorts video.
I’ve been soldering for over 50 yrs and have taught hundreds of beginners using this method. In no time they are soldering quicker with great results. Pads can handle it without issue. Count shorter and they get cold joints or blobs. Then destroy things when trying to fix it. So this method works well. Believe me, I’ve taught a lot of kids to solder including my own. They quickly learn: heat, solder, flow, cool, repeat.
