I sold my first house in January 2022. I wanted to document some of the process and share an empty house tour.

A little backstory: I didn't end up closing on the other property I was supposed to purchase in January. There were some problems with the seller and the sellers agent. The seller had promised to make some fixes per our contract and never made good on that contract. It's a LONG story of what actually went down and why I decided to walk away from that deal.
