To breathe and bring awareness in your body, where you‘re holding into something. Let it go, while breathing out, and allow yourself to drop more and more into your heart, into softness and compassion.
This session was recorded in a beautiful forest while it slowly started to rain. The raindrops hitting the pan made the sweetest sounds, like they wanted to join, too 🤍
