I have so many people asking what cutter, planer, etc. I use. Most of my tools are homemade, so I have nothing to recommend. Everyone likes my green wire cutter, but it's not available anymore. It also has some limitations. So I reached out to Custom Craft Tools, and they produced this wonderful multi-tool! I love it, and it literally replaces four of my tools. It cuts horizontally and vertically, and it cuts slabs because there are no limitations on the height of the loaf/slab that you push through it.
