Recently I asked you guys if I should start coaching Catch. I had, and still do have some reservations, but the response was astonishingly positive and so I have taken the plunge and agreed to start a couple of classes at my local Martial Arts centre.
There will be a kids class from 4 until 5 every Monday.
And an adults class every Monday from 6 until 7.30
They will be held at Team Kaobon Hampshire - teamkaobonhampshire.com
Which is attached to Athlete Movement Gym - athletemovement.com
Classes are £10 a session and you can pay cash or card on the night.
