Sorry about how lazy this is, I was trying to make the animation process simpler (trust me, I over complicate things a lot) because I have less time for animation now because of school.
I still have no clue how backgrounds work to be honest, I'm sort of just pretending I do. I hope it isn't too obvious. :P
