So I made a Minecraft Server for the PSP called PSP Craft Server, which runs pretty well on the PSP. This is v0.2-pre1 and it's available for download. Currently it can trick Minecraft 1.12.2 into joining the PSP Server and you can load into the world. There's not much to do, but more will come in the future!
