Finally got the brake package in for the 1963 Chevy Nova Gasser Project. Wifey wanted to get her hand dirty, so I did a poor job of coaching her on how to put together the disk brake assembly. I blame the heat, it was hot!
After a few little bumps in along the way she got it and I'm fairly confident they won't fail. hahaha
The brake package is from Speedway Motors and is an 11 inch GM disk brake setup specifically for the Speedway '49-'54 Chevy spindles, (or a modified OEM Chevy spindle). If you put our dumb dumbness aside, this is a pretty nice kit, that fit-up great and I'm anticipating that they will stop this little Chevy II with ease.
