Our 2nd Drone Discovery Day in Kingston, Ontario, Canada was held on May 11, 2024! The event was both a fun drone pilot fly day and an opportunity for the public to learn about how safe and fun drone flying can be!
Organized by Mike Hill, with assistance by Dave Waltner, Paul Carl, Levi Morris, Gord Campbell, and Michael Galbiati. Since this was an advertised event and special aviation event, it required an SFOC (Special Flight Operation Certificate) authorized by Transport Canada. Thanks to everyone who came out!!
Special thanks to the Kingston Fruition Berry Farm for allowing us to use their property for this event! The Fruition Berry Farm is located at 3802 Hughes Road, just off Highway 15, and offers seasonal pick-your-own berry experiences!
