There's been some incredible rule-bending exercises in F1's colourful history. One of my personal highlights was the Williams FW08B – the six-wheeled variant of the '82 car that promised to slash aerodynamic drag and drastically reduce lap times.

Unfortunately, it was banned before it could even get to the starting grid, but I deep-dived into this incredible relic at Williams' heritage centre recently with Heritage Manager, Jim Barker.
