Ingredients:

Simple Syrup:
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Yields: 5 cups

3 Tbsp powdered milk or creamer
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp roasted/cooked glutinous rice flour
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Yields: 1 1/2 lbs or 680 grams
