Alarmingly, there could now be as few as 4000 snow leopards in the wild. This is why we're investing £100,000 in an innovative project in the Tost region in South Gobi, Mongolia, one of the most important snow leopard habitats in the world.
Together with our project partner Bayara Agvaantseren and her team in Mongolia, we’re training local people to become professional park rangers who will play a critical role in protecting these majestic animals.
