The Rock Creek trail is a wonderful way to access popular Snow Lake near Snoqualmie Pass without taking a crowded trail. This route takes you from the Dingford Creek trailhead along the Snoqualmie River Middle Fork to the Rock Creek trail turnoff and then onto Snow Lake. The gravel road to Dingford Creek is rough and requires a high clearance vehicle, and the trail gains 2,815 feet in elevation. However, the trail is in good condition and the mesmerizing sound and site of crystal clear rushing water and pleasant mountain vistas make it worthwhile.
