Our latest video comes in the wake of winter storm Octavia that brought snow and sleet to Boone on Monday, February 16th. The storm was the largest impact winter storm of the season but with it were some beautiful conditions to capture aerials. Don't let the motionless, turned off, windmill fool you though because winds were 20+ mph gusting to over 30 mph when most of this was filmed.
