Stayed at Cobalt Coast Resort in West Bay, Grand Cayman. There is a pier with a ladder right outside the hotel that drops you in a beautiful coral garden with amazing clarity. Had a lot of fun snorkeling there and chasing the usual Caribbean fish like the numerous tangs - blue, yellowtail, doctorfish and also longspine squirrelfish, cleaner wrasses, etc. Almost an underwater safari among the numerous sea fans.
