LimeWave | Snoqualmie Falls and the Great Northern Hotel of Twin Peaks @Limewave | Uploaded May 2017 | Updated October 2024, 18 hours ago.
A short drive from Seattle lies Snoqualmie Falls, the site of the Great Northern Hotel of Twin Peaks. The Snoqualmie River waterfall is 82 meter / 268 feet high situated in stunning settings. In TwinPeaks the FBI Agent Dale Cooper lives at the Great Northern Hotel on top of the waterfall, owned by the character Ben Horne.
In reality the hotel is named Salish Lodge.
The well known view of the hotel and the waterfall was filmed from one of the viewpoints along the walk path along the river, open for public.
For Twin Peak fans it’s quite fun to visit this place. But also for others, the views are quite spectacular and it’s a beautiful place to visit enjoying the nature.
A short drive from here you are able to have a damn fine cup o' coffee and a piece of cherry pie at the Double R Diner of Twin Peaks:
