If you are not a captain you have to put in the clantag and submit a response in order for the captain/judges to draft you.
Judges picked 12 captains. If were not selected as a captain there will be a 1 week response. From that the there Wil be a draft by the captains which there will be 6 rounds so 72 players picked. After that the Judges will select 48 more snipers with the best clantag response and put 4 players to each team. There will be a total of 10 players in each team (not including captains) So there will be a total of 120 players selected at the end.
