This might even be the longest possible shot in the game now (see below).
Fairly straightforward this one. After the two soldiers finish their conversation about The Wraith, one of them will move to the rear of the cave. Either get the soldier when he's moving across, or fire a warning shot, like I did, to make him stop, and then pop him.
I am aware there used to be a longer shot on this map, 800m+, but that possibility was removed with one of the patches.
