This one was fairly straightforward. Since the target is patrolling back and forth without stopping, I wasn't able to get a headshot. In the clip are 3 attempts. You'll notice on the second one the distance has increased to 743m, a manifestation of the distance bug. The TRUE distance is 715m.
There may be another long shot possible on this map (close to, or even above 720m) from the default starting point (moving all the way back to the edge of the map) to the other side of the map in the wastelands. There is a soldier on a patrol route there. Unfortunately he never stops either and while I was able to get hits on him, I never managed a kill (on authentic that is). Go give it a try for mad props.
