Credit here goes to @yuyumuns because I would not have attempted this if he hadn't done a similar shot at the sentry tower guard.
This particular engineer is on a rather long patrol route outside the big naval gun and for that reason it took me more than a few attempts to get him.
This shot here is actually a little less than 1031 but on my first succesful attempt there was no killcam. You will get the 1031m when he is standing by the sand bags.
Again, the game will sometimes get the distance wrong and unfortunately after this shot I tried a couple more and now it says 1061m on the mission screen :-(
On the positive side, there was no target rectangle :-P
