Welcome to the Sniffer which is one of the most recent mobs introduced into minecraft.

A sniffer is a passive mob that does not spawn naturally, and can only be hatched from sniffer eggs found through archaeology. It sniffs out and digs seeds for various unique decorative plants out of dirt and moss blocks.
