Ingredients:
Flour
Salt
Sugar
Eggs
Baking soda
Vanilla extract
Cream of Tartar
Pure Irish butter
Cinnamon

Steps:
1. Add 1 1/2 cups of Sugar and 1 cup Butter to the mix
2. Mix the Sugar and Butter by hand or with mixer
3. Mix until the consistency is to your liking
4. Add eggs and Vanilla Extract
5. Mix together
6. Add 2 cups of flour
7. Mix together
8. Add Cream of Tartar
9. Wrap the mixture and refrigerate for 30 mins
10. Grab a bowl and add Sugar
11. Add Cinnamon
12. Mix together
13. Scoop dough and roll in Cinnamon Sugar
14. Place onto the cooking sheet
15. Place cookies in the oven at 375 degrees for 11 mins
16. Remove from the oven
17. Coat the cookies with Cinnamon Sugar
