New crops, corner stairs, mobs in the nether, flower pots, a new button, invisibility potions, there are too many new things to mention here!

Install it by replacing the minecraft.jar file in your .minecraft folder.
Keep in mind that it will reset your entire Minecraft though, so all mods, achievements and statistics will be gone.
