Procreate 5X has been released, and with it, some lovely snapping tools! In this video, I'm covering how to use the Snapping function to create perfectly precise selections (specifically when creating pattern repeats following my previous method!). This method of saving precise selections will allow you to maintain your layer integrity (with any clipping masks) throughout the patternmaking process. But they have to be absolutely perfect selections to create a seamless pattern, so here's how to achieve that with the new Transform tool functionality!

++ I use this gimbal to get my B-roll slow motion shots, which I film entirely by myself. Some I hold the gimbal for, and others, I set it nearby and use the app to control the joystick. I'll even put it on a stool and slide the stool to get a nice glide shot sometimes!
