RECIPE - PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SUSHI ROLL WITH HONEY DRIZZLE
INGREDIENTS
Bread Slices
Ripe Bananas
Peanut Butter
Honey
DIRECTIONS
Cut off the crust off your bread slices. Flatten down with a rolling pin. Spread thin layer of peanut butter to the edge of the bread. Peel ripe banana and place in the center of the bread lengthwise. Roll the bread slice around the banana, pushing down on it to get the peanut butter to stick to the banana. Cut into 1/4" slices. Lay out facedown on plate. Drizzle with honey.
