One of Ms. Tab's all time favorite Snack Time snacks - Popcorn Basketballs! Burnie the Oven Mitt and Starla the Spatula are playing Rock Paper Scissors or as Starla (Ashley Nicole Black) likes to call it Rock Paper Spatula. Burnie (John Michael Higgins) is not happy about Starla changing the rules of the game so Ms. Tab (Tabitha Brown) has just the right recipe to help them understand how winning and losing works and feels.
