I was playing a SMW randomizer when this level showed up. A completely drained Donut Secret 1. Spent just under two hours trying to figure out how to beat this and eventually I did it. Unfortunately, I lost my recording of the original playthrough so I went back and beat it again for this video. Was much easier when I knew exactly what to do. I'm pretty sure this is impossible without going in with a cape+Yoshi.
