Read the reasons why these phase are replaced:
Phase 911.2001 it references an infamous atack.
Phase 930: is a crushed face trauma.
Phase 937: is a face eaten by a dog (it might be same as original phase 230000)
Phase 942: is a shotgun wound on the mouth.
Phase 943 is a trauma, skinned or burnt face, since i'm not sure which one is.
Phase 944: is a skinned face.
Phase 945 is a trauma face.
Phase 966: is a crushed face same as original phase 263.
Phase 968: is a burnt or skinned mouth.
Phase 983: is a dead person.
Phase 984: is a shotgun wound on the head.
Phase 986: is a person with a huge tumor same as original phase 26000.
Phase 998.3: is a leg run over by a truck.
Phase 999: there is a crushed face same as original phase 35.
